• Course Substitution: Use this form for the following purposes

                   - to petition for non-political science courses to count toward the major

                   - to petition to change the field distribution of a political science course

                   - to add PLSC cross-listed courses that are not automatically populating in

                         Degree Audit

• URO Degree Audit Exception Form: Use this form for the following purposes    

                   - to petition for non-Yale courses (study abroad or transfer credits) to be counted toward the major (the course must be on your Yale

                       College transcript before submitting this petition)

• Yale College Petitions & Forms: Use the following forms after registration or add/drop has ended

                   - Add Courses

                 - Course Drop/Course Adjustment

• Degree Audit System
• Interdisciplinary Concentration (IDC) Major Application - to be submitted before November recess in the final year of enrollment - includes the IDC Course Plan Proposal (see an example here)
• IDC Form for Concentration Courses - if, after the DUS approves your IDC Major Application, you would like to apply a different course toward your concentration, please submit this form.
• Intensive Major Application - to be submitted by juniors during the fall term (see Deadlines)
