This is the list of all Undergraduate Documents on all Undergraduate affiliated pages.

In order to create a link to any of these documents from any page, follow these steps.

• On this page, find the document you are looking for.
• Right click on the document hyperlink and choose COPY LINK LOCATION
• Locate the page you want to link from and open it to edit.
• Highlight the words or words that you want o make the hyper link, and click on the link icon in the toolbar above (looks like a small globe with a few links of chain in front.
• Link type should be INTERNAL PATH
• paste what you copied into the box below that.  It will look like this

• Delete everything before sites and everything after the end of the title of the doc’s (or image’s) extension.  IN the case above, what should be left is the following…

• sites/default/files/spring_2013_plsc_courses.xlsx
•  
• Determine whether you want to have the link open in this page or in another window.  If in this page, click OK and you are done.  If you want to open in another window, click the the TARGET tab above, click the drop down menu and choose New Window (_blank). 
• Click OK and you have created the hyperlink.
