Ximena Benavides Reverditto
Postdoctorate Associate
Bio
Ximena Benavides Reverdito is a Lecturer in Ethics, Politics & Economics and a Postdoctoral Associate with the EPE program at Yale’s Institution for Social and Policy Studies. Her recent research examines access concerns related to health technologies, focusing on the incentive structures that de-risk innovation through public funding and the sidelining of stakeholders in grant-making processes. As a legal scholar interested in interdisciplinary work, she aims to explore the role of law—particularly private law theory—in addressing pressing national issues of high drug pricing and shortages using industrial policies that align with the constitutional foundations of innovation to promote the progress of science.
