Tylir Fowler

Bio:
Tylir Fowler is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Political Science. His research interests include democratic erosion, economic nationalism, party competition, populism, and international organizations. He is especially interested in what drives populist success, and understanding how populist and nationalist leaders compete for votes in an increasingly globalized political economy. For his undergraduate studies, Tylir attended Temple University where he received a B.A. in Economics.
