Rick Da is a doctoral student in International Relations and Comparative Politics at Yale. He is interested in the effects of technological change and domestic politics on international norms, alliances, and treaties. His regional focuses include Europe, China, and the United States. Before coming to Yale, Rick completed his B.A. at the University of Chicago with a double major in Political Science and History.
