Bio:

Rick Da is a Ph.D. candidate at the Yale Department of Political Science and a J.D. candidate at Yale Law School.  He is broadly interested in U.S. foreign relations and national security law, international law and dispute resolution, judicial remedies, constitutional law (especially the separation of powers, justiciability, due process, and the First Amendment), and government enforcement and accountability

Before coming to New Haven, Rick completed his B.A. at the University of Chicago with a double major in Political Science and History.  At Yale Law School, he is involved with the Yale Journal of International Law, Just Security, the Media Freedom & Information Access Clinic, the National Security Group, and the American Constitution Society, among other groups.   He intends to pursue careers in both academia and litigation.
