Rick Da is a doctoral student in International Relations and Comparative Politics at Yale. His primary research interests focus on how the rise of new technologies in communication and defense are shaped by and reshaping private-public sector relations, information asymmetries, and international institutions and trade. He is also interested in the interplay between domestic politics, intellectual property and trade laws, and concepts of cyber sovereignty in Europe, Asia, and the United States. Before coming to Yale, Rick completed his B.A. at the University of Chicago with a double major in Political Science and History.
