Bio:
Rick is a dual J.D.-Ph.D. candidate at Yale Law School and the Department of Political Science. He is interested in U.S. foreign relations and national security law, international law and conflict resolution, government accountability and separation of powers, and civil liberties.
Rick completed his B.A. at the University of Chicago with a double major in Political Science and History. At the Law School, Rick is Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Journal of International Law (Vol. 51), a Knight Law & Media Scholar (student attorney) at the Media Freedom & Information Access Clinic, and a Student Staff Editor with Just Security. He intends to pursue careers in both academia and litigation.
