Bio:
Jillian J. Foster is pursuing doctoral study in Political Science at Yale. Her research centers around gendered decision-making and violent political behavior. Prior to Yale, Jillian spent nearly a decade leading monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and research projects with a special focus on peacebuilding, violent extremism, humanitarian assistance, and gender-based violence in fragile states.
