Ekin Dursun is a first-year Political Science PhD interested broadly in economic voting and political psychology. She seeks to understand the relationship between economic decline and political behavior, particularly in partial democracies. Ekin is also interested in studying polarization in relation to national identity, religion, and threat perception. Prior to joining Yale, she received her B.A degree in economics from the University of Chicago.
