Political Science ClassroomTechnical Support - Zoom Station No Signal

If you enter the classroom and the screen has a message in the lower right hand corner reading “No signal.  Check the external input or select another input using the INPUT button”, the HDMI cable may be disconnected from the back of the screen.  You can confirm visually.

Re-seat the HDMI cable  in the top HDMI port.  Your screen should come back up immediately.

  

If the cable is already seated properly or reseating does not resolve the issue, the problem may be with the podium.  In that case, please email or call Tom Hallihan (203-906-6629 - thomas.hallihan@yale.edu).

If Tom is unavailable, call Yale Classroom Technology and Events Services (emailing them will usually not get an immediate response).
