The Council on Southeast Asia Studies and Vietnamese Student Association of Yale present a film screening.  

“50 Years Later: Reflecting on the End of the Vietnam War and its Legacies.”  

50 years ago on April 30th, 1975, the Vietnam War ended. April 30th is a day that encompasses many emotions and perspectives including those fleeing violence and war, looking for life elsewhere after the destruction of their homelands. Fifty years later, the impacts of the Vietnam War on the memory and psyches of Vietnamese across the world are still felt as generations of Vietnamese people attempt to navigate and define their identity.

Followed by a Q&A panel, and reception.
