Dr. Andrea Aldrich, Lecturer and Director of Undergraduate Studies, Department of Political Science, Yale University:

“From Lecterns to Legislatures: Women’s Authority in Academia and Politics”

Dr. Aldrich’s research focuses on political representation, gender, and comparative political institutions. She examines the representation of women, exploring the conditions that foster women’s political leadership and the consequences of women in power within political parties and legislative institutions.
