The Jackson School of Global Affairs Blue Center for Global Strategic Assessment presents 

John Gaddis, Robert A. Lovett Professor of Military & Naval History, and Julian Gewirtz, former National Security Council Senior Director for China and Taiwan Affairs (’24-25), Senior Advisor to the Principal Deputy National Security Advisor (’23-24), and Deputy Coordinator for Global China Affairs at the State Department (’22-23) under the Biden Administration:  

“China in U.S. Strategy.”

The series pairs practitioners from government and industry with Yale professors to deliver joint, hour-long lectures on subjects of mutual expertise. Practitioners discuss events or policy initiatives in which they participated, and academics cover related insights or results generated by their research
