Rabhya Mehrotra, a Yale senior majoring in political science and computer science, has been awarded a 2023 Mitchell scholarship and will study political communication at Dublin City University in Ireland.
Rabhya and 11 other recipients of 2023 Mitchell Scholarships were chosen from 306 applicants following interviews by a selection committee and will attend a one-year program that supports graduate study for students who are considered future leaders.
