Sue Stokes’ Mandates and Democracy: Neoliberalism by Surprise in Latin America has been awarded APSA’s Representation and Electoral Systems George H. Hallett prize for the best book, at least ten years old, that has made a lasting contribution to the literature on representation and electoral systems.
