David R. Cameron’s has an opinion piece in the online Journal Inquirer on the release from prison of two men based on a conviction integrity review.
“On April 25, something quite extraordinary happened in a New Haven court. After conducting a conviction integrity review, the state asked a judge to set aside Vernon Horn’s conviction for robbery and murder. Horn, convicted in 2000 and sentenced to 70 years, left court a free man.”
