Ian Shapiro, Sterling Professor of Political Science and Global Affairs. and Arne Westad, Elihu Professor of History and Global Affairs. The discussion will be moderated by Andrew Metrick, Janet L. Yellen Professor of Finance and Management and Director of the Yale Program on Financial Stability.
