C.C. Wei, the CEO of the largest manufacturer of semiconductors in the world has shaped the electronics industry. From smartphones to supercomputers, microchips developed at TSMC continue to power and dominate the electronic manufacturing industry. Gina Raimondo, the 40th U.S. Secretary of Commerce, has been instrumental in the creation of the CHIPS and Science Act, working with CEO’s such as Wei. Secretary Raimondo and C.C. Wei will discuss their trajectory from Yale’s campus to prominent roles in industry and government.
