Professor Joe Mroszczyk, Naval War College: 

“Wargaming at U.S. Naval War College.”

Professor Mroszczyk will discuss how the U.S. Navy develops, uses, and analyzes wargames to support policymakers and senior military officials. Professor Mroszczyk will also offer professional advice stemming from his background in the Navy and IC.
