In this talk I assume that the audience has never seen Stata before.I introduce the Stata interface, the data editor, the do-file editor,the menus, the dialog boxes, the help files, and the pdf documentation. I then briefly demonstrate how to use Stata to analyze data from cross-sectional, multilevel/longtidutinal, and survival studies.
