The South Asian Studies Council and the Yale Hindi Debate team present

The Yale Preliminary Hindi Debate, 2021. 

The motion for this year is “Restrictions on free speech are justified to prevent the spread of disinformation.”

The Yale Hindi Debate was established in 2008 as a Yale-only event but now sees participation from students of some of the USA’s preeminent schools such as Brown, Columbia, Harvard, UPenn, UCLA, NYU, Rutgers, Kansas University, Cornell, University of Chicago, UT Austin and more.
