Emily Bazelon is a staff writer at the New York Times Magazine, the Truman Capote Fellow for Creative Writing and Law at Yale Law School, and co-host of Political Gabfest. She is author of two national bestsellers: Sticks and Stones and Charged.

John Dankosky is a 25-year veteran of public radio. He was the news director for Connecticut Public Radio and hosted the PRNDI award-winning program Where We Live. He currently contributes to Science Friday, America Amplified, and The Connecticut Mirror.

We are thrilled to invite you all to “Election 2020: Policy Issues for Connecticut and the Nation.”  This virtual discussion will feature Emily Bazelon, of the New York Times Magazine and Yale, and WNPR veteran John Dankosky. Emily and John will examine what pressing election issues (COVID-19, the Supreme Court nomination, and more) mean for Connecticut policy and politics. In addition to their remarks, we will leave plenty of time for you to engage with the speakers in Q&A.
