The aim of this virtual workshop is to provide an opportunity for early-career researchers, including post-doctoral students and fellows, with interest in conducting HIV/AIDS-related research in humanitarian settings to:

  1. Learn from expert faculty about ethics of HIV/AIDS-related research in humanitarian context and among populations affected by humanitarian crises
  2. Review case scenarios to explore and discuss ethical issues
  3. Present and discuss current projects or proposed research ideas and receive constructive feedback.
  4. Connect with early-career research colleagues interested in similar topics and senior faculty members.
