Cesi Cruz, Assistant Professor of Political Science, University of British Columbia: “Village Social Network Structures and Electoral Competition.”
Cesi Cruz teaches courses on policy analysis and program evaluation, institutions and economic growth, the politics of development, and applied methodology for the Department of Political Science and the Master of Public Policy and Global Affairs (MPPGA) program.
