The archives of genocides and mass atrocities increasingly occupy the digital realm. This conference will examine the past, present and future production of digital archives of mass atrocities from the perspective of those who maintain them. Participants will discuss innovations in digital archiving and its consequences, ethical issues arising from the structure of the archive, and issues pertaining to the dissemination of its contents.
