The Colloquium in International Security Studies presents

Fritz Bartel, Assistant Professor, International Affairs, Texas A&M’s Bush School of Government & Public Service and previously Associate Director of International Security Studies, Yale University: 

“The Age of Transitions: An Approach to the Global History of the Late 20th Century.”

Bartel/s research interests lie in US foreign relations, the global Cold War, grand strategy, and the history of capitalism. Bartel’s work has been published in Enterprise & Society and Diplomatic History, and his research has been funded by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and the Miller Center.
