The Buckley Institute presents legal expert guests Ed Whelan and Kenneth L. Marcus, and Anastasia Boden for their analysis of the court’s most significant decisions this term.

Edward Whelan is a Distinguished Senior Fellow of the Ethics and Public Policy Center and holds EPPC’s Antonin Scalia Chair in Constitutional Studies. He is the longest-serving President in EPPC’s history, having held that position from March 2004 through January 2021.

Kenneth L. Marcus is founder and chairman of the Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law; Distinguished Senior Fellow of the Center for Liberty & Law at George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School; and author of The Definition of Anti-Semitism (Oxford University Press) and Jewish Identity and Civil Rights in America (Cambridge University Press).

Anastasia Boden is the director of the Robert A. Levy Center for Constitutional Studies. Before joining the Cato Institute, Boden was a civil rights attorney at the Pacific Legal Foundation, where she led the organization’s equality and opportunity program.
