SASC Virtual Panel: Harnessing Research for COVID-19 Response in Pakistan

The Yale South Asian Studies Council hosted a virtual panel on harnessing research for COVID-19 Response in Pakistan on April 10. It was moderated by Sarah Khan, Assistant Professor of Political Science.

The panelists included: Asim Khwaja, Director, Center for International Development & Sumitomo-Foundation for Advanced Studies on International Development; Professor of International Finance and Development at the Harvard Kennedy School; Co-founder of the Center for Economic Research in Pakistan (CERP). Ghazala Mansuri, Lead Economist in the Poverty Reduction and Equity Group, World Bank; Nausheen Anwar, Professor of City & Regional Planning, Institute for Business Administration (IBA) in Karachi, Pakistan & Director, Karachi Urban Lab (KUL).
