Blair Miller, co-foundee Blue like an Orange Sustainable Capital:  “Career Conversation with Blair Miller.”

Blair Miller has spent her career supporting and building socially responsible business models around the world. Blair is currently at Future Laboratories focused on companies addressing the opportunities and challenges related to the “future of work”. Most recently Blair co-founded Blue like an Orange Sustainable Capital, an emerging markets sustainable investment fund. As a co-founder, she supported in developing the strategy, structuring the fund, developing the impact framework, sourcing early deals, and raising capital.

Previously Blair was Vice President at the office of philanthropist and Founder of Wesray Capital Corporation, Ray Chambers, where she led the offices efforts in innovative financing to address global health challenges. Blair spent her early career at Acumen, an impact investment fund. At Acumen, Blair spearheaded the talent platform, conceptualizing, capitalizing, and launching programs in East Africa, Pakistan, and India as well as leveraging the curriculum to develop online courses. The programs have trained over 400 people and the online courses have been taken by over 150,000 people around the world.
