Una Bergmane, Cornell University:  “The Baltic Exception? Western Recognition of the Restoration of Estonian, Latvian, and Lithuanian Independence in August/September 1991”.

A talk on the “The Baltic Exception? Western Recognition of the Restoration of Estonian, Latvian, and Lithuanian Independence in August/September 1991” by Una Bergmane, Cornell University. Una Bergmane is the 2016-17 Postdoctoral Fellow at the Mario Einaudi Center for International Studies at Cornell University. She holds a PhD from Sciences Po Paris. Prior to coming to Cornell, Bergmane was a Fox Fellow at Yale University.
