Event description: 

Playwright Young Jean Lee’s “Lear,” a riff on Shakespeare’s “King Lear,” existentialism, and “Sesame Street.” The play, directed by Shadi Ghaheri, portrays five 20-somethings searching for answers to life’s most troubling questions while their unseen fathers go mad in a storm that rages just offstage.

Runs Aug. 4-13.

Hours of operation: 

Performances will be at 8 p.m. every night except Saturdays and second Fridays, when shows will be at 7 p.m. and 10 p.m.
